Why hasn’t my order tracking updated?

We’re just as excited for you to receive your Thesis order, and we’re here to make sure it gets to you smoothly and on time!

Once your order ships, tracking can take up to 48 hours to update. If your order was placed on a Friday or over the weekend, please allow until Monday for tracking to begin showing movement.

We work with trusted carriers and route shipments based on your location to ensure the fastest possible delivery. We guarantee delivery within 3–7 business days from when your order is placed.

Please reach out to us if:

Your tracking still in the "label created" state 2 business days after placing your order.
There’s been no movement on your tracking link for a while after the last scan or touchpoint.
It’s been 7 or more business days since you placed your order. (This is rare, but can happen if a package is delayed or lost in transit.)
