Can I take multiple formulas at the same time?
Can I take more than one formula?
Yes, many people enjoy combining formulas to create their personalized nootropic routine. Here's how to do it safely and effectively:

First, always consult your healthcare provider before starting any new supplement regimen.

Caffeine Guidelines
1 capsule of our caffeinated formulas contains:

  • Motivation: 75mg (only available with caffeine)
  • Clarity: 50mg (caffeine-free option available)
  • Stress Reset: 50mg (caffeine-free option available)
  • Neuroprotection: 50mg (caffeine-free option available)

Keep your total daily caffeine from Thesis formulas under 150mg. For example: 2 Motivation capsules (150mg) is your daily max, or 1 Motivation + 1 other caffeinated formula (125mg total). Smart Combination Tips:

  • Go caffeine-free for maximum flexibility — combine up to 3 caffeine-free capsules daily without caffeine concerns
  • Start with one formula for 3-5 days to understand its effects before adding another
  • Review ingredient lists to ensure you're comfortable with the combination (i.e. Ashwagandha and Panax Ginseng)
  • Space doses throughout the day rather than taking multiple formulas at once

Remember, combining formulas may blend their distinct effects, so you might want to alternate between single formulas and combinations to find what works best for your goals. If you start to notice any undesirable effects from combining formulas, please discontinue use, talk to your doctor, and let us know.
